Comprehensive refurbishment of an elegant townhouse in Holland Park for a private client, undertaken in collaboration with interior designers Carden Cunietti.

The scheme included lowering the lower ground floor to enhance ceiling heights and living spaces, together with the excavation of a new basement to accommodate a self-contained apartment and a luxurious garden retreat.

Carefully integrated extensions at ground and roof level complete the transformation into a beautifully detailed contemporary family home.
