Conversion of a former 17th-century coaching inn located within the Bloomsbury Conservation Area.

The project transformed the building from office use into a private residence, including the excavation of a new basement and the construction of a side extension.

The scheme preserves the character of the historic structure while introducing light-filled contemporary living spaces.
