Refurbishment of a Grade II listed townhouse located within one of Mayfair’s most prestigious garden squares.

The project involved the complete renovation of the building, including the creation of a new double-storey basement and a spa level at lower ground floor.

The scheme combines sensitive restoration of historic fabric with contemporary detailing, delivering an elegant and luxurious central London residence.
